“Fun and Fit With Kymberly and Alexandra” our new weekly segment that answers all your fitness questions (and almost all of your fun questions too!) begins at 6:20 pm. Identical twins and fitness pros Kymberly Williams-Evans, MA, and Alexandra Williams, MA, have been in the fitness industry since the first aerobics studio opened on the European continent. They co-write the informative and irreverent blog, funandfit.org, in which they answer real questions from real people using humor and up-to-date research. Kymberly is the former faculty minor advisor at UCSB for its fitness instruction degree offered through the Department of Exercise & Sport Studies; Alexandra serves as an instructor in the department and as a contributing editor to IDEA Fitness Journal.
